Privacy Policy

Your health is personal — and so is your information. At Kings & Queens, we treat your data with the same discretion we apply to everything else about your care. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the very limited circumstances in which it leaves our hands.

The short version

  • We do not sell your personal or health information. Not now, not ever. There is no exception, no “anonymized” carve-out, no third-party data broker relationship.
  • We do not rent, trade, or monetize your data for advertising, analytics resale, or any commercial purpose unrelated to your care.
  • We only share what is strictly necessary with the licensed clinicians and pharmacies who provide your treatment, and with Luminary Care, our parent company, which operates the Kings & Queens platform.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide during your assessment (such as health history, symptoms, contact details, and shipping address), information needed to process payment, and basic technical data from your visit (such as device type and pages viewed) so the site works correctly and securely.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Connect you with a U.S.-licensed clinician for evaluation.
  • Fulfill and ship any prescribed medication through a licensed pharmacy.
  • Provide customer support, order updates, and refill reminders.
  • Keep the platform secure and comply with applicable healthcare laws.

Who sees your information

To deliver care, a limited amount of your information is shared with the people and partners who make your treatment possible:

  • Your clinician. Independent, U.S.-licensed providers review your assessment and, where appropriate, write your prescription.
  • Our pharmacy partners. Licensed U.S. pharmacies receive only what they need to dispense and ship your medication discreetly.
  • Luminary Care. Our parent company operates the underlying platform and provides shared infrastructure, support, and security under the same privacy commitments described here.
  • Service providers under contract. Payment processors, shipping carriers, and secure hosting providers — each bound by confidentiality and permitted to use your information only to provide their service to us.

That is the full list. We do not share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Some records (such as medical records and prescription history) must be retained for the periods required by law.

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging to protect your information. No system is perfect, but we treat safeguarding your data as a core responsibility.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email before the changes take effect.
